Warm up to expand and breath, increase blood circulation release tight muscles across your shoulder and neck.

Office-Friendly Moves: Discover simple exercises you can do anytime, anywhere, especially during your workday.

Day 3
Increase eye strength, release temporal headaches.
Today focuses on relieving tension and boosting circulation, with exercises perfect for the office or whenever you need a quick break.
Eye Strength: Strengthen your eye muscles to reduce strain and fatigue.
Relieve Headaches: Release tension and improve blood flow to ease temporal headaches.

Day 4
Elongate your torso and feel the energy.
Today focuses on relieving tension and boosting circulation, with exercises perfect for the office or whenever you need a quick break.

In today's session, you'll close your eyes, tune into your feelings, and reflect on your experiences. Whether you're feeling happy, stressed, or tired, we’ll guide you through releasing that tension. Then, we’ll uplift your energy, opening your eyes wide and letting the positive flow in.

Revitalize and Strengthen
Today’s session is about creating space for energy flow and releasing stress to help your body move with ease.
We’ll focus on uplifting your face, especially around the eyes, giving tired eyes the attention they need.
Strengthen your eye muscles to brighten your expression and reduce droopy eyes,.
Learn acupressure for the eyes that you can do anywhere throughout the day.

Wake Up and Release.
By now, you should be seeing real progress—tension melting away, fewer wrinkles, and your eyesopening wider than before.

Hi, I'm Sharon
As a certified Face Yoga teacher, I’m excited to share this series with you.
Face Yoga has truly changed my life.
You often hear that transformation begins from within—and when you commit to this practice, that’s exactly what happens. I’m here to tell you: this was my experience. As I continued my Face Yoga journey, I discovered how many of the exercises also support eye therapy—strengthening not only the eye muscles but also the vital connection between the eyes and the brain.
From a woman who once felt broken, I began to shift from within—growing into someone who felt confident, worthy, and alive. Interestingly, it was my friends who noticed the changes before I did.
My hope is to inspire women to recognize the power of self-care. Just 15 minutes a day dedicated to yourself can create meaningful change. I continue to explore new exercises that connect the body from head to toe, helping achieve the best results not only for our faces but our overall well-being. Posture, lymphatic drainage, stress release—all play a role in cultivating a healthier, more radiant version of you.
